The last time I used it there I was not asked to provide a driving license. And I remember when I saw the advert it said you could drive there if you are not 17. It is a private road and its up them whether they will let you drive there or not (not the police). So I think its OK to go there for lessons if you are not yet 17.

No. When I went there they didnt ask for a license. But I think you should go there with your provisional license just in case.

You do, you need to have one adult. you would not be stopped for entering, once you enter there is a supervisor in a box on the field that would be monitoring what is going on, they would intervene if anyone is being a problem.
