You do, you need to have one adult. you would not be stopped for entering, once you enter there is a supervisor in a box on the field that would be monitoring what is going on, they would intervene if anyone is being a problem.

Because its on a private road, I am not sure how its handled. There is always someone there when the site is open to supervise, may be best to call them to find out more

No. When I went there they didnt ask for a license. But I think you should go there with your provisional license just in case.
